We are currently looking for a Foreman for the Steel Construction / Metal Construction Department (m/f/d) for our plant location in Balgstädt.
With heavy machinery, the highest safety standards, and modern equipment, we take on exciting orders from various customers looking for individual solutions. We typically handle our orders from planning to commissioning.

Tasks awaiting you:
- Independent work based on technical drawings
- Production of components, assemblies, and metal constructions from sheets, pipes, and profiles using manual and mechanical manufacturing processes
- Creation of auxiliary constructions, fixtures, templates, and layouts
- Assembly of components and constructions from various metals
- Construction and manufacturing of steel components for the industrial sector
- Independent production of welded joints (MAG, MIG, stainless steel, S235-FE)
- Material requirement determination
- Setting manufacturing and assembly times
- Planning of construction sites, assembly operations, and manufacturing processes
- Collaboration with project managers (engineers), designers, procurement
- Construction site documentation
- Documentation and inspection of the executed works
You bring:
- Completed vocational training as a metal worker, construction mechanic, locksmith (m/f/d) or a comparable occupation
- Independent working style
- Reliability
- Physical resilience
- Class B driver's license is mandatory
- Experience as a foreman
- Occasional willingness to travel
